The Rulebook on the content, form and method of certifying a bound book of invoices (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 2/2015) prescribes the form and format of the bound book of invoices and the content of invoice forms that will have to be used for issuing invoices in cash transactions from January 31, 2015 inclusive, when the taxpayer receives payment in cash and does not issue an invoice using a computer program or an electronic device that meets the conditions of Article 38 of the Tax Procedure Act. Taxpayers who, starting from January 31, 2015 and inclusive, will use a bound book of accounts to issue invoices for cash transactions, must confirm it with the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia before using it for the first time. Taxpayers for whom it is prescribed to file tax statements, declarations and other applications or forms electronically via the eDavki portal must also confirm the linked book of accounts via the eDavki portal, while other taxpayers can confirm either in person at the financial office or electronically via the eDavki portal. We will stock the bound invoice book form and it will be in stock after January 28, 2015. For cash transactions, taxpayers can use the existing (unconfirmed) forms of receipt blocks until January 30, 2015 inclusive. For non-cash transactions, taxpayers can still use self-copy invoice forms.
